Ahhhh, my bad. I didn't read the other posts and my first turtle exposure was the cartoon from 25 years ago where they had individualized masks. I suppose I should do my research before posting.

One could argue that "each adjacent friendly character" implies point value is irrelevant. Maybe not successfully, but it could be argued.

The power states "Instead," that change's the power other than the Name of it in my opinion. Sounds like they didn't want to have to type out all the rules for leadership again, so they just said "Use leadership, but instead of the standard use, do this instead." Although, using my logic, it seems that you wouldn't add Actions to your Action count. And while I almost never use Leadership for that Effect, I certainly will with the Turtles (love having 4-5 solid pieces on a 300 point team).

I have to agree. When I saw each of the turtle "sets" previewed, I always preferred the comic ones for the powersets... but this cartoon Leo looks like the better between them. I would have preferred Combat Reflexes instead of Toughness to be a bit more accurate (as all of the Turtles should have that, really), but a nice figure none the less.

Sadly, yes, it seems that way as both Leos have Leadership and are the exact same point value as the rest of their team. I'm really hoping it means they are changing how Leadership works, but I wouldn't hold out for it as the designers have seemingly forgotten how powers work in the past, too (let us not forget Moon Knight).

Am I the only one thinking about sculpt swapping comic Leo onto cartoon Leo's base?

Heck, maybe make them just swappable outright with some magnets or something?
