I am sure this must have been covered somewhere, and maybe I am just daft, but:

Say I am possessing a character with Ophidian, and also playing the orange battery. the ring states:

GREED: If this character already has the Orange Lantern keyword, modify all of its combat values except damage by +1. Otherwise, this character has the Orange Lantern keyword, and can use Barrier and Plasticity.

So does that +1 also include number of targets, or just the actual range value of the character?

Ask yourself if you can perplex number of targets? if you can't (which you can't) you will have your answer.

check the rule book - number of "bolts" is not listed in the list of combat values.
