Sculpt looks not unlike the version of Stockman from the 2012 animated series, with the frumpy over-sized sweatshirt that I don't recall the 2003 Stockman wearing. What's the odds on a repaint with some kind of Battlefield Promotion/Alter Ego/Mutagen trait to turn into the 2012 version of Stockman-Fly?

Yeah he looked like in the 2003 series too (well until he started loosing body part, replacing them with cybernetic, until he was a brain in robot body) so I think that's his original comic design.

Yeah, a little surprised that he isn't Unique, but Mouser re-spawning is limited to one use per force. Still, the potential +3 SPD/AV is quite deadly. Korvac, M.O.D.A.M., Prime Deathlok, Ultron-6 and White King all make a good tent pole for multiple Baxters and won't break theme.

Limited to one *successful* use per force. Having two Stockmans takes the chances of bringing back a dead mouser from 50% to 75%.

Free heals/bonuses and outwit seems cheap for 30pts. Kinda protects himself with stealth. I give it a 83/100.

Why is the mouser respawn limited to one successful roll per game?

Correct on the bonus.

The respawn isn't limited to once per game. It's limited to once successful use per Baxter, per instance. If you have two Baxter for instance, when a Mouser is KOd, you would roll with one Baxter with a 50% chance of success. If it fails, roll with the second Baxter. This gives you a 75% chance of success. Rinse and repeat till your heart desires.
