For 15 points more than the Rookie CW Starter version, Tony gains the S.H.I.E.L.D. keyword, better range, one extra click of life with Regeneration and a different Leadership effect. While the Starter is more economical, the effect of this version's SP isn't limited to range or LoF; he's worth the extra 15 points, if you can spare it.
