Batman without outwit just isn't Batman. His greatest ability is that he out thinks all his opponents! I'll play it once just to see how it plays, but that will probably be it.

I do wish he had at least one or two clicks of Outwit, but his trait more than makes up for it in the "out-thinking his opponents" department

I know Batman isn't a big fan of guns, but that grapple gun attack is just asking for him to be assigned a sniper rifle.

I love this dial, but after having seen him played twice (once controlled by me, once playing against), I am starting to wonder how good he actually is. It is probably the case that the rolls have just been against him, but I have seen him taken out by figs that, by all rights, he should be eating for lunch. He got destroyed by Aurora/Northstar combo (that, admittedly, has PW, so his fancy defensives are for nought) and a trio of WoS X-23, Daken LE, and Wolverine (these can be killed with a strong breeze).

I am still going to play him whenever I can because I don't have the Trinity Batman, but, man. It has been disheartening so far.

REALLY wish they used the teen titans sculpt instead and made it to go one the jl team base

He can be very effective if facing a tentpole team or team base, but the biggest issue is that his greatest asset is also his biggest weakness: For "Files on Everyone," *possession* (has vs can use) is required. He's a perfect choice to be dropped off by the Batwing-- piloted by 25-point Nightwing-- in higher-point games.

Technically, he could beat the new KC Batman. Just choose precision strike and he can't deal you any damage. Plus this one sees through hindering and the KC one cannot. Still gotta get past that KC team ability though!

Screw the BvS versions, this guy is Batfleck, just because of how much Batfleck uses the grappling hook.

Bats is worth his points if you choose the appropriate support. I like to park him in hindering and Call in Help to soften up opposing characters.
