HYDRA keyword!

Hail to that Keyword... That improved targeting and PS is just too cool... Move and attack options on every click (yes, I consider Sidestep as move and attack option), AV never dropping below 10 and 3 DV (this not even taking into account RCE and CCE) is a frozen dagger to uour opponent's heart... gotta get this piece...

This guy on a Hydra team with Kingpin giving him Precision Strike, Ranged Combat Expert, the Sharpshooter ability, and Improved Targeting: Ignores Hindering Terrain makes him an amazing sniper fig.

My thoughts exactly... however, Winter Soldier already has Precision Strike, Ranged Combat Expert and a mean Improved Targeting... of course having them throughout the dial is extra sweet :)

I've been raving about this guy since the set got released. He's easily a 5 star figure for me. As I mentioned a friend the other day, he's a perfect representation of WS Bucky. He's perfect for positioning around the field, and once he has his target, fire away. He's almost never going to miss, and he's going to hit like a freight train. I absolutely love him, probably my favorite figure in Modern.

Rarely a fan of mid-dial super strength, but could come in handy as a retaliatory strike- lets him save the CCE boosts for his Attack. Just wish he had a trait to keep from breaking theme on a Team Cap force.

I was about to comment (and still am going to) the exact same thing. It's ridiculous that you can't play this piece in a Team Cap theme team. I know this is for the movie so the Anti-Registration keyword may not be applicable and obviously don't give him the Avengers keywords but traits like that exist and he should have one that lets him not break theme when he's played with Captain America

You could do a "past" theme with him and Cap.

He's a must-play for the Hydra keyword alone, but I really wish I could swap his keywords with CATWS-105 Winter Soldier and vice versa. Playing this version of Bucky on a Hydra team just feels off, no matter how well he plays with his Hydra battle buddy Crossbones.

Maybe, but generic theme teams aren't great and the Cap from this set doesn't even have the Past keyword

With the new Hydra Cap, Bucky will finally be able to join the ranks of the Avengers without breaking theme. He's just one of a long list of figs who are really going to enjoy having Hydra Cap as a teammate.
