Apocalypse in the movies from just the end scene of DOFP and trailers alone seems to have telekinesis rivaling Phoenix. Has his comic counterpart ever had telekinesis that remotely comes close to this?

To be honest, I've never even seen Apocalypse in the comics use telekinesis. He was essentially just a glorified shapeshifter in all his fights that I've seen.

Thinking about it, what the hell is even Apocalypse's original powers before he found the celestial ship?

Apocalypse had the power of arranging his molecules. That means compared to say mystique shapeshifting an arm into a laser gun, apocalypse could make an actual working laser gun or pretty much anything else he wanted. We know Prof. X's brain was physically changed by his mutation since the red skull is able to use all of his powers, which means technically if apocalypse wanted he could just re-arrange his brain so that he would also have psychic powers if he wished. Supposedly the alien tech isn't actually granting him anything new, just augmenting his all around crazy good power.

In the comics Apocalypse's ability to create weapons stems from the Celestial tech bonded to the cells in his body. Initially, Apocalypse's powers were solely molecular manipulation meaning he can gain ANY physically ability, change size, change density, and yes that includes mental abilities. The Celestial tech came with a price that Apocalypse was told he'd have to pay one day in the future. Apocalypse's blood can augment the powers of other mutants & it restored powers to those that lost them on M-Day his blood is fatal to humans however.

What about vampires? :P

Well, he did fight Dracula a time or two. But Apocalypse won those fights.
