Pretty awesome for the cost. With both Gotham City and Police keywords, Bats can use the GCPD ATA to move 4 squares for free on every turn-- great for positioning him to pick up Hammers from the BoS without assistance. "Biff! Bang! Pow!" is just icing on the cake.

Ultra-light objects are a boon for this guy- Precision Strike your enemies from eight squares away. My first pick for captain of a Heroclix dodgeball team.

This man is Ideal Guy for beating up KC Flash, with plasticity, precision strike, his Defence power, his Trait, and later with the outwit/perplex. and the CCE if the Flash gets stuck next to him because of plasticity.
