I'm not sure how I feel about this piece yet. For 1 more point I can play Cosmo, one of the best damn support pieces in the game who happens to have the police KW and TA. Played with the new Commissioner Gordon piece he can re-position and then use RCE for 4 damage with a 10 attack and police TA bonuses which isn't too shabby for 51 points. But it drops off quickly. The A dial I like better with the uber Leadership and perplex. And that second click that boosts friendly adjacent defenses could be good if you're hiding him behind a cluster of police figs. They can all use a boost defense, although I'd rather give them stealth with Harvey Bullock.

I love this guy for one reason above all others....he looks like me! I'm a LEO and older, heavy and love a .45! This guy rocks and will be seeing a lot of use around here! Now, just gotta get a cruiser!

Pair him up with Gordon and they will murder if you make leadership rolls cause they can pull tokens off each other. Add someone using the Justice League New 52 ATA and they get even worse.

Whoops, I misread the new Gordon's SP. It only grants a ranged combat action not a power action so the Sarge's RCE can't be used with it.

Guys, remember there's a gig with this guy and the new Gordon. Both of them will give your team extra actions, so you can gun down whatever opposing character got engaged with the patrols. It's an evil conspiracy. But it's a conspiracy that can beat the soul out of Sentry & Void if the opponent can't think fast.
