He is fantastic and under rated. I'm playing a game against nearly 100% Mystics and he's keeping my people safe and shutting down their useful powers, all from cover. Thrown in EE and PB and he's a great ranged tertiary attacker.

An excellent fig. Great trait, great Dam SP, double-target EE as the cherry on top. With less IT out there and Stealth's stock on the rise, Jimmy will see a lot of use on generic theme teams.
