Great piece, gets improved targeting thanks to Avengers Initiative TA, decent AV, groovy traits... the only thing I would have liked is that RS in the first clicks...
This guy is great! Even better when coupled with the Ant-Man from this set! Get hawkeye in position carrying Ant-Man and have your choice of Avenger (I suggest CACW013 BPanter with plasticity trait added) sitting adjacent to Hawkeye. When ready, have Ant-Man shrink ur Avenger(BPanther), Hawkeye loads him on the arrow and hits target. Now u have a mean BPanther with precision strike and plasticity ready to cause some havok!

Reason: Said bpanther had shape change instead of plasticity. Oops
I saw my son roll a critical hit with this Hawkeye, sending along the CACW Ant-Man to finish off the (knock-backed) target. Not something you can count on for the 150 point investment but it was pretty amazing.
Great! This guy is like a modern remake of Veteran Ultimates Hawkeye (who was my favorite forever). Now I have to take time to choose between him and super efficent Age of Ultron Starter Clint. Just great!
Since Hawkeye has two targets, if Wasp and Ant-man were both adjacent and he hit two targets, could you send both Wasp and Ant-man on the arrows and put them each adjacent to a hit figure?
If the tiny sized characters have not had an action this turn, can they then attack (or is it like being carried and they can't have a non-free action that turn)?

As they've been placed and not carried I believe they can be given non-free actions afterwards. Also I think you can only place one character as it says "adjacent to *a* hit target", so you get to place one character next to one hit target, even if you hit two targets.
