So if i was playing round table and an ant-man ID card and rolled on that inspiration on world's finest Superman Batman could a character bigger than him carry them?
IF I was using Joker Lex and used the underworld TA could they be carried?
CARRY When moving as a result of being given an action, this character may carry one friendly character. When this ability is used, modify this character’s speed value by –2 until the end of the action. The following characters can’t be carried: larger characters, multi-based characters, characters holding an object, and characters with any of the following combat symbols: , , , , . To be carried, the friendly character must be adjacent to this character at the beginning of this character’s action. When this character ends its movement for the action, the carried character must be placed in a square adjacent to this character. While being carried, a carried character is not adjacent to any other character, nor can it draw a line of fire until placed at the end of this character’s movement for the action. A character which has been carried this turn can’t be given an action (other than a free action) until the beginning of the next turn
Duo's cannot be carried, size has no effect on it.
No. A Duo can't normally be carried for two reasons:
1. Multibased characters, which most duos are, cannot be carried.
2. However even if the duo is singlebased it cannot be carried as the Duo combat symbol also prevents it from being carried.

CARRY: Carry one smaller character regardless of its other combat symbols.
It had previously been ruled this would work (with the Ant-Man/Wasp duo chase from Chaos War) so I'll see if I can find a ruling. But the new rules are in line with it.
[C]When a character uses its innate carry ability to carry a smaller character, it ignores that characters combat symbols and does not modify its speed value when carrying that character. It follows all other Carry rules normally.

Carry – Characters can’t carry characters larger than themselves (this remains unchanged). All characters now have the innate ability to use the Carry ability (in addition to normal Carry granted from other sources) to carry one character smaller than themselves regardless of the carried character’s combat symbols and does not reduce its speed value for doing so. So, for example, a Colossal character can carry a Giant character but a Giant character can’t carry a Colossal character and a Standard-sized flier can carry a Tiny-sized character as well as another Standard-sized character (assuming the Standard-sized character can be carried). Other rules for carry are still followed normally (no multi-base, no one holding an object, etc.)
So if you make World's Finest tiny, a standard size or larger character could carry it.
Assuming you GAVE the free action to change size with the ant-man inspiration (next time post the relevant powers if you could to save look up time), the answer then depends on which part of CARRY you are using...
If using the INNATE carry, yes the combat symbols wont matter and Bats/Supes (single-base figure) would retain the Tiny size throughout the turn.
But if you are using the Carry from the UNDERWORLD TA and using the innate Carry to carry somebody else then the will get in the way and the answer would be no.

I got ruled against at States because people still aren't familiar with the new size rules yet. I was denied my Superman/Batman Robot carrying my worlds finest duo!

Yeah, my bad. Forgot it was all combat symbols, not just Speed. This is obviously the only case where it matters, and I haven't actually seen it come up yet.

Um, actually, there are 54 single-based duos, and only 47 multi-based duos.
And yes, I just counted that by hand. I figured it was close to a 50/50 split, but I was curious.
