I'm imagining ten of these guys as a swarm team, getting all stabby stabby on your foes.

I was thinking 8 in a square around Shredder, dealing 3 damage thanks to Empower and getting tokens removed from them...awesomeness.

If my first foot gets ko'd and another gets ko'd at a later time, can I use the first ko'd foot to replace the second?

If you are in a tournament, you have to have a figure on your sideboard to replace.

^Not true according to the rulings I've found for replacing characters. The figure that gets KO'd can even replace himself. The replacement figure CAN'T be a sideline character because the sideline is part of the game and the replacement has to come from outside the game.
