I am currently debating whether the character using Call in Help has to be equal or higher points to use Call in Help while an ID is on teleporter. Character using "Call in Help" has to follow all the same rules correct?

Yes it has to follow all the standard rules of "Call in Help" detailed on the back of every ID card...

Thanks. The special call in when you get to Click25 is what I believe he is thinking about. That allows you to call as many characters as you have pieces on the map on Click1 until they take damage point cost irrelevant.

Correct, the powers on click 25 let you bring characters in regardless of point value. Regular Call Ins still follow the normal ID card rules.

Just to clarify, you choose a starting line during force construction, I don't believe this power lets you ignore that and just use click one.

Completely off topic here, but how did you get a purple/violet background? Does it have any meaning?

Not entirely off topic. The purple background is for HCR Rules Team members. We're community rules advisers here on the site (and you will only see our special background in the Rules Forum). We're not affiliated with WizKids in any way, which is why we've recently changed the background color from Orange to Purple, as the old Orange background was at one time used by the official WizKids Rules Team members when they posted on this site.
