Key new thing is the attack timing chart, which is very useful, but has some subtle changes in some things. Most obvious is the TLT interactions.

so any "after attacking" or "after defending" no longer apply after the "first" TLT shot but only after the "second" TLT shot.

Yes. There are some interesting ways it interacts, but it does clean up a lot of the stuff the "perform attack twice" stuff introduces into the rules.
