Still crazy good. My grandson fielded him today in a 300 point 5-way, last man standing match. With only one opponent left on the map (AVAS039 Nova on click 3, with no tokens on him), Subby push-charge-flurried while on his last click to KO Nova and himself, leaving Namor's teammate AAOU106 Hawkeye on his last click as Last Man Standing. In case you can't tell, I was very proud.

I don't think you can charge then flurry on the same turn unless the SP power on the card specifically states so. Namor is still a beast though.

Charge and Flurry are very much compatible, and he has both in his SP.

This is the rare dial from the "days of yore" that almost looks like it could be in a current set. I played him yesterday in a 400-point game, and thanks to his consistently high combat values, his full dial of Flurry, and his long dial, he did a lot of damage. Very pushable, making up for his lack of willpower. I suspect he might not work quite as well as the tentpole in a 300-point game these days, but as one threat among a few others, he was quite nice.

Under the new "no pushing" rules (which I won't probably won't apply in friendly games) this guy once again became an absolute monster!!
