Simple effective dial. Hes gonna love borrowing AVs and various powers from his friends that have the new Superior trait.

@BPoe: Yes. It's an arc-like effect. One thing to note, is that if he were to gain additional targets (ex. Thor via ID Card), he'd only make standard attacks per the wording of the text-- there is no mention of "3 or more" to preserve the stacked effects.

@spider_ham, I don't think that's correct. Even if he's targeting 4 characters, he's still fulfilling the requirement of targeting three.

Yep. He does Electro things. Lights it up, crumples like a punk when throttled by a dude withthe proportional strength and speed of a spider. A+.

Between my friend and myself we opened 3 cases and didn't see 1 of this guy!

With Swaggy on this although I like the term arc effect because it seems like sort of a sweeping activation. If you target 2 the attack should still have PS and if you target 3 the attack should still have PS and EE. Adding a 4th should not negate any of the other effects. Of course the additional target would not add to the splash damage but I don't see it knocking off the other effects.

Every ranged attack he makes gets precision strike (note there is no limit on this other than it has to be ranged). If he targets AT LEAST 2 targets he can use Energy Explosion. The wording is a little vague on if he would get penetrating damage when targeting more than 3 though.

It could be worded more clearly but these are cumulative. You do not lose the effect of having one if you have two and you get all three effects when triple targeting.

The sketch variant has nearly-opaque white lightning instead of translucent blue. It ends up looking more like snow or frost powers than like electricity. This really bothers me for some reason; I guess I need to let it go, let it go...

Because in the past there have been confusions about what specific number of tokens does and does not affect certain effects. The language still isn't totally streamlined but it has gotten better. This link should give insight to any new player as to why we older players are unsure of certain things.
