My question is does the higher point figure have to remain adjacent to the lower point fig after the +2 to their combat value is applied?
2) can the higher point figure gain multiple +'s to CV if they are more than one lower point figure adjacent (yes I know rule of 3 would apply)???
All My Teammates Are Useless

At the beginning of your turn, if a character using this team ability is adjacent to a lower point character that can use this team ability, you may choose to modify a combat value other than damage on that lower point character by -2 until your next turn and modify the same value on this character by +2 until your next turn. UNCOPYABLE.
1) No. The trigger happens at the beginning of the turn if the requirement is met then that will do.
2) No. The effect only occurs once each turn.
"A Jester unemployed is nobody's fool." - The Court Jester "And so he says, I don't like the cut of your jib, and I go, I says it's the only jib I got, baby!
Question 1 is no, they do not need to remain adjacent, the ATA sets a timeframe only, and only requires adjacency when activating the effect.
As for question 2, my first thought would be... Maybe. Sorry, will have to dig a little for the answer to that.
Ninja'd, I agree with IceHot after thinking on it. Can only activate a game effect once per turn unless otherwise specified.
Not saying your not correct but other ATA's specify "once per turn" when it comes to their effects and this one does not! ATA'S like Robot Allow more than one use of the ATA. There has been no ruling on WIN in this one.

There doesn't need to be a WIN ruling. From the E&C:
[C]If an effect occurs at a specific time or due to a specific event, the effect only occurs once at that time or per event. For example, “At the beginning of your turn, you may heal Wolverine of 1 damage” is an instruction to do this once.
So each higher point character can use the effect once at the beginning of the turn.
ROBOT ATA and others like it are completely different. They do not specify an specific time or trigger.
When two friendly characters that can use this team ability are adjacent to each other, choose one of them to use Perplex until your next turn, but it may only target characters with the Robot keyword. A character may only use this team ability once per turn. Uncopyable.
So long as conditions are met, this ATA can totally be used more than once per turn. That's one of the reasons that last line (A character may only use this team ability once per turn) was necessary; without it, you could have some really weird shenanigans with this ATA.
Ok so If you had 4 higher point figs next to the same lower point figure They could each use the ATA to increase a combat value by +2 correct? What if you had one higher point figure next to 4 lower point figures using the ATA could they gain the + from each lower point fig?
Last question, could you use this ATA to increase the number of targets a figure could target with a ranged attack? Thanks for all the input!!

Is the number of a character has a combat value?
(HINT: No. It isn't. Combat values are Speed, Attack, Defense, Damage, and Range... the actual numbers on the dial.)
