Movement for Supreme Intelligence

So if the character BB023 Max Mercury is on the same team as Supreme Intelligence, would his special give SI a movement of 3?

The trait says: SPEEDFORCE MENTOR : Max Mercury can use Perplex, but can only use it to modify another character's speed value by +3.

SI has nothing which prevents him from being moved, so you can increase his speed value from 0 and then ... he could move.

Why would you waste time with a 3 speed?

Just give him a 13 and be done with it.

(Or add Max Mercury, too, for a 16 speed.)

That is a really great idea....don't have that Thanos anymore, but still a great idea!

Correction: Max would let him get 15. When I said 13 I was thinking of swapping and using Thanos' Perplex.
