Maybe he should be throwing broken stained glass or a sculpt of him drinking beer while throwing darts... like Colin Farrel did.
For one that was not Bullseye... That was a cheap imitation... And two he can throw anything heck he could even throw heroclix dials! Now that id like to see
Yeah he's good when only he's attacking. The moment someone relatiates and there's no hindering around he's done for, especially if that opponent has Invul and Bullseye fails his Sidestep roll.
Precision strike allows him to deal at least 1 damage regardless of their damage reducer.
Well, given the fact he ignores characters for targeting, what I envision him doing is sitting behind a stealthed, ESD or high defence friendly character while chipping away opponent's clicks (don't fail to remember those Marked tokens to deliver some more pain). I specially enjoy having a high defence or dmg reducer human shield who is also a close combat brawler; by the time contact with the enemy is made, the battle is almost over... he is outstanding for only 70 pts...
Thank you! Someone else who understands [Improved Targeting: Ignores Characters]. If you can, try some Stealth and/or Plasticity pieces between the Opposing and Bullseye. It's all about those pot shots. ESPECIALLY if you tie up an opposing with a friendly high-DEF Plasticity piece, and take advantage of Bullseye's markers. Maybe throw in some Enhancements and perplexes. I wonder, can you Enhance/Perplex DMG by +3, then increase DMG again by removing a marker, since they're separate forms of modifiers, or is it still capped at +3?

Good catch... the trait states it increases damage dealt. But you can only remove one token. So, after increasing damage value with enhancement and/or perplex to +3, you may remove one Marked Token to increase damage dealt by an additional +1.

So... We do believe that Total Damage dealt would be +4?

Total Damage Dealt could be 6: 2DV + 3 to DV (from Enhancement/Perplex) + 1 to DD(from Marked Token)... so yes, kind of... +3 to damage value and +1 to damage dealt = 6 damage. Can't increase it any more, not even with RCE further down the dial, since you may only increase Damage Value up to +3 and you may only remove 1 Token at a time to increase Damage Dealt. I can't think of any figs/effects that allow you to replace Damage Value...

I will echo that I think this is an excellent representation of Bullseye, with a respectable point cost that makes it even more team friendly, without making the figure a near-tentpole. The dial design demonstrates very good synergy between the dial top and the dial powers that has Bullseye able to play his roll on a force without dominating the damage output of his team. The relatively low cost is a benefit for players who choose to add team-based resources that rely on range/line of sight: Power Plant, Power Batteries, Millenium Stone.
This guy was born to have the Wrath relic put on him, making him deadly up close and giving him a chance to back up 2 squares and deal some heavy dmg with Sidestep.
