Guys, needing some clarification. I've reread the tail end of this article a couple of times and can't quite put my finger on exactly how to interpret something.
How does a tiny with plasticity affect a standard figure? For movement and for breakaway please.
(Not trying to be dense, just can't seem to determine it from the article. I'm sure it's in there, but having trouble sussing it out.)
REVISED: This character adds 2 to its d6 roll when breaking away. Opposing characters subtract 2 from their d6 roll when breaking away from this character. Opposing characters of the same size or smaller can’t automatically break away from this character and must end their movement when entering a square adjacent to this character, even if they would not have to do so normally.
The size stipulations are only for same size or smaller opposing characters.
In your scenario, the opposing character is larger.
A standard size character would not have to end its movement when becoming adjacent to a tiny character with Plasticity.
A standard size character would subtract 2 from their d6 roll when breaking away from the tiny character with Plasticity.

The larger characters also still get to break away automatically if they can.

I feel like the other posts missed this.

Yes they would. Even a character with Great Size would have to stop if the tiny character had Plasticity. Although great size provides OO> (I don't know how to make the symbol), it doesn't allow you to ignore the character. So they'd still be affected by Plasticity (same as a flyer).
If a Standard character tried to break away from a tiny, they'd get +1 for their size and -2 for Plasticity (so net/net -1 to their roll).
I do not believe a character who is 2 sizes larger would have to break away though, even while adjacent to a character with Plasticity, as they are able to automatically break a way because they are 2 sizes bigger.
Plasticity now reads: This character adds 2 to its d6 roll when breaking away. Opposing characters subtract 2 from their d6 roll when breaking away from this character. Opposing characters of the same size or smaller can’t automatically break away from this character and must end their movement when entering a square adjacent to this character, even if they would not have to do so normally.
So a larger character does not have to end their movement when entering a square adjacent to a smaller character.

The current downloadable PAC doesn't have the size verbiage on it for Plasticity, even though they do have the new size rules available for download?
Does that reading from the PAC come from the CW Starter? If I remember right that did have some updates to it.
If so, then I stand corrected and I wish that WK would update the website with the newest PAC so that everyone is looking at standardized wording.
