The proposed name for Batman's group in Kingdom Come
I was on a wikia site today and found an incredible name for Batman's KC team. THE SILENT CAVALRY.
This reworked phrase from Mark Waid's text describing this team, I believe, would make an awesome keyword for the KC Figures or a great Batman Family ATA.
For a figure with the keyword. If there is a Batman with KC TA (printed)on this team, That Batman has Silent Cavalry Keyword.
For an ATA I would propose If you have a theme team of Silent Cavalry and there are no members of the team with outwit showing on the dial within 7 squares and line of sight ... 1 character per each 200 points may use Outwit. if there are no members of the team with perplex showing on the dial within 7 squares and line of sight ... 1 character per each 200 points may use perplex.
They say the best weapon is one you never have to fire. I respectfully disagree. I prefer the weapon you only have to fire once. That's how Dad did it, that's how America does it, and it's worked out pretty well so far." Robert Downey/Tony Stark
Fate(Survived the NUCLEAR BLAST and helped others make it too.), Jade (likeness of Linda Hamilton ),Wildcat IV (with dual KC JSA TAs), Nightstar (because a Starfire with Stealth would be cool.) , Darkstar (entire team currently unclixed), Batwoman (Apokolips).
These would be incredible to have clixed.

They may make Nightstar and Red Arrow.
I don't see the rest being even on the shortlist. We can't even get a proper normal Wildcat.

I approve of the ATA being usable by Batman Family keyworded figures.

I don't like it. Seems incredibly easy to abuse.
This version seems more balanced. I see no reason why you'd get three free Outwits and Perplexes on a 600 point game with some clever positioning.
Outsiders: keywords: Batman Family, Outsiders
If no character on your force can currently use Outwit, then 1 character using this TA can use Outwit. If no character on your force can currently use Perplex, then 1 character using this TA can use Perplex.
Uncopyable.
10 points.

I do think the Wildcat from Joker's Wild is one of, if not the best of the JSA designed for the set. It is a homage to the REVs from Origin. Although it is not as long as it could have been, the 2016 trend from the top down is less life overall.
I have to disagree about not having Fate or the rest simply because having the Silent Cavalry would be able to make an authentic KC Gulag fight. Every time a KC set shows up the demand is crazy.
Also if it were true that demand was low we wouldn't have seen Harlequin clixed who showed up for a few pages at most.

10 points.
With respect, I disagree. Sure, for the Outsiders, it would be overpowered. But not for the Silent Cavalry who are amped up versions of their current selves. This ATA is designed to be over the top because the whole fight was a flipping riot and the characters were fighting as hard as they possibly could.
Ex: Red Robin paralyzed Tokyo Rose.
I do agree that game balance is important.
Hence a requirement for multiple keywords and TAs should be enforced.( possibility 1 Batman Family and Future ) ( possibility 2 KC TA and Gotham City ) (possibility 3 KC TA and Batman Family ).
Then the original text would be here.
Characters must be over 120 points to receive the outwit or perplex. The characters must be worth more points than the target to affect it with outwit or Perplex.

Yeah, but I wrote that before he was leaked, and there was no reason to believe he'd have a proper dial and not be 25 points of filler.

You'd need a full Kingdom Come set to do that, and that isn't happening.

And I didn't even mention demand.

The official name of your "Silent Cavalty" is The Outsiders.

That barely even resembles your original ATA anymore.
Also, you just disqualified both versions of KC Red Robin and 25 point KC Batman from using the ATA.

Awesome!! You found a spelling mistake! Thanks for sharing it!
I wanted to ask you when was the last time you read Kingdom Come?
It doesn't sound like it was recent. Am I wrong to say that you don't really like the story or the characters?
In fact it just sounds like you really like the Outsiders. and that is ok. I just want you to know that I'm proposing an ATA for the Silent Cavalry isn't really meant for the Outsiders. I hope that you make a great Outsiders ATA one day, rather than try to transform this one.
By the way, Waid and Ross describe on page 241 of Absolute Kingdom Come, A Silent Cavalry when referring to Batman's team in the character design section. They are also referred to that in the story.
Some of the younger members of the Cavalry and the League are referred to as Titans. These Titans have some Outsiders in their ranks. Perhaps that is why you are confused that the team is the Outsiders.
So many of the characters that were Outsiders in our continuity were in the League or not in the story at all. It seems it is at the point where it wouldn't be the Outsiders anymore. (Red Arrow and Marvel Jr. were in the league, Dick Grayson was never in the Outsiders but Red Robin now is. Geo-Force, Halo, Metamorpho are not visible, , Blue Beetle, and the Dinah Lance were never part of the Outsiders team. Oliver Queen barely joined in 2008, 12 years after KC was released.)
There are a few characters that made it to Batman's Silent Cavalry that were on the Outsiders. Just not enough to really have that name.

YES! That is very perceptive. I changed it because you mentioned it might be a bit much. KC Red Robin was never part of Batman's team. He was Batman's replacement on the Justice League. Both 150 point and 25 point KC Batman already have outwit. In my recollection characters can't outwit 2x. The ATA was meant to be a boost to those Cavalry members that don't have outwit or perplex themselves.
I respect you.... and I have to ask you to please read up on your KC source material if you are going to comment on that source material on this thread.

I actually did not find it. I just lazily copy/pasted it and didn't notice the error.

Couple of years ago.
I liked it a lot when it came out and read it many times. As time went on I started to see some glaring faults in it (mostly that Superman is a big, self-righteous pillock in the story, and that the Justice Leaguers should be ashamed to follow him down his path of madness - KC Superman is essentially Civil War Tony Stark, down to being spurred into action by the explosion caused by an amateur superhero and his big illegal prison.)
I always did love the Batman parts ofthe story, and Mark Waid got the essence of the character far better than anybody who has written the character in the last decade who isn't Grant Morrison, being not this vengeance driven thug but somebody who just wants to save lives.

Not particularily.

See, here's the thing: somebody at DC decided that this group is officially called The Outsiders (no relation to any other team of the same name other than that apparently "Outsiders" is what DC calls any superhero team put together by Batman now).

Okay, my bad on Red Robin not being part of that group.
But your TA also grants Perplex to characters that don't have it, and KC Batman doesn't have Perplex.
