The best Penguin dial to date. Infinite Robo-Penguin token swarm with a super Robo-Penguin thrown in; a Devil-Dinosaur lite. Run them together with Namor and kill your opponent's Pulse Wave and EE pieces first then watch them squirm as they try and deal with the token masses. In higher point games add in the Red Son Green Light and Wonder Woman chases and your token armies become immune to quake.

Boy howdy is Mr. Cobblepot here so much fun to play. Got him, Batman, and Technocrat (I had to use Hawkman and Hourman for point filler) in a sealed and cleaned everyone's clocks. Technocrat and Batman will take everyone out and if you try to hide, the robo-penguins will have your hide.

this guy has been slowly creeping up my list of wants in the run up to JW. love the idea of defend on a team that shares Avs, the robo penguins are great to. I kind of love the idea of using him with the penguin resource from NML.

So can he place multiple penguins at once? Or is it only one on the board at a time?

Multiples. Note the second sentences of "My Own Deadly Rookery" and of "My Best Weapon to Date."

It looks like he places them 1 at a time but there can be more than 1 on the board.

A) What happens to the spawned Penguins when Penguin is KOed?
Do they disapear?
If They stay do they lose their +1 to all stats?

and slightly related -- why do they have The +1 to all stats rather then just building it into the Bots themselves ????
