This is possible however your using a 120+ character to get an outwit plus one attack, plus Outsiders if your not running a Outsiders team. I'm going to fault what he can do, I fault that it costs so much to field him or even bring him in via an ID. Even at a 100 points I see him being much more playable, I think he paid dearly for his utility belt/analytical mind ability and Outwit. It's to bad his utility belt wasn't a traited ability, this would cut down on your opponent from nerfing his handy gadgets.

I like this Bat. For Outsider teams. Give your whole team the option to use outwit with their already awesome TA. Double incap. and leadership with teammates like Creeper and Black Lightning could lock down your opponent hard. Sure, KC GL would mop the floor with 'em, but you could say that about a lot of figures.

If he outsidersed somebody and uses outwit on that somebody, yes. he is friendly and within 6 squares of himself.

So he can use outwit only if he plays with another Outsider, right?

Pair him up with the BTU Martian Manhunter and his Teamup card, and suddenly all of your Detectives have the Outsiders team ability AND Outwit.
