She actually has printed Precision Strike on her first two or three clicks and it is on her card as a separate power from her Special Movement Power. Wizkids has ruled that both Precision Strikes are on her dial, so she is even more ridiculous than most people realize.

@Lanata I assume it's there twice by accident. However, you would have to Outwit both her Movement and Attack powers to stop her from hitting you with Precision Strike.

I'm going to guess that this sculpt looks better than the digital rendering, because I cannot for the life of me figure out where her right arm is coming from.

Just got one of these in a trade and while it has PS on dial, it does not on the card, front or back. Weird.

How does that Bullseye have anything to do with this? In the cited example, Purple Man is borrowing 12 attack, then replacing at +3. I don't see any such function from Bullseye.

Sorry, I failed to mention that using bullseye + the thunderbolts TA, and having someone on your team with the sinister syndicate TA would get you an AV of 15 for purple man while he uses mind control, after replacing his AV with bullseyes.
