This and pym particles on your non-flying standard sized weapon of choice give you a dedicated taxi that can carry 10 squares in one turn, lower the targets defense and gives Avengers Initiative for wildcards for the small sum of 22 points. After you pop your opponent next turn do a sidestep carry. Make a robot team and slap on the ata and you get a bonus perplex buddy.

It helps that I love small robot gizmos, especially when they're basically G1 Lazerbeak.

I sense a flurry of mods in the near future.

Maybe there's something I haven't seen yet; but so far, I'm really underwhelmed by this piece... I mean, it does have the Wing symbol, 10 SV and Sidestep, which would make it a great Taxi... but it relies on Pym Particles or an adjacent Antman to do so... Could have been an interestin tie-up piece, but its short dial and Tiny symbol just don't make the cut... The SP is just not enough with the Unique modifier limit... What really vexes me is the 0 AV and 0 DV... A Witch brings more to the table for the same cost... just my initial impression, though.

For the points he's nice I guess, I just hoped he was a bystander on the back of Falcon's card, and in his place there was someone more important...someone who is not in the set and will most likely have a big role in the movie...no, not Spiderman. Scarlet Witch!

It's weird when I read how perplexed people are by this piece. He's the cheapest Avengers theme team pc'er in modern, and on top of that he can be carried by anyone, is fast and can get his modifier working almost immediately. Yes, there are more efficient characters at the "under 30" point range, but are they Avengers? Other than Jewel, no. I like having options fall under specific keywords.

By far the cheapest source for the Avengers Initiative TA, if you've got a wildcard that could use it. Also the private transport for any tiny-size non-flier (cough, Ant-Man, cough).

it's funny how redwing got it's own dial in this set and not spider-man nor baron zemo... i'm guessing spidey wasn't made cos of his rights being tied to sony still but there's no reason Zemo didn't deserve a dial considering the role he played in the film, or a civil war version of Wanda. redwing should have just been a bystander.
