I don't have the time to look it up so I figured I'd ask here. Oh how I miss the player's guide. It's unfortunate that time constraints and a mish mash of forums postings prevent me from issuing a new Comprehensive HeroClix Rules document.

1) Are objects assigned by resources considered equipment?

2) Are special objects, ie Mjolnir, considered equipment?

3) Are relics considered equipment?

4) Are feats considered equipment?

[C]Only game elements that specify they are "equipped" and have an EFFECT listing are considered equipped items.

That pretty much answers all your questions.

And do note that even though the hammers from the Book of Skulls are "equipped" to the characters by the resource in question, they are not EQUIPPED to the character, because they do not have an EFFECT listing.
