When paired with Sentinel Alpha 3, very good. Energy Whip is especially effective against characters that have a run of powers on their dial.

Energy whip is spectacular. Poof! There goes your damage reducers! The body part bystander aspect is awesome.

I'll enjoy having Master Mold build these. Oh, you KO'ed my Cap Sentinel? I'll just make another one, and now I've got some angry limbs flying around and some neat UHO's to beat you with! Pretty awesome, I think.

The Energy Whip is outright backbreaking.

300 points of hurt in a 200 point tin can. Give him Quake with a Mallet or Hammer drop and watch jaws drop as you destroy their team. And when they finally get past all his regen and reducers and whipping, it isn't even his final form.

Could be very effective with I.S.A.A.C or Nebula.

At this 200 point cost, run three of them. It's far more effective than running one at 600 pts. Every clic has something to have fun with and you'll be able to make the most of your leadership as well.

I just ordered this thing. I'm a little giddy with the possibilities. My first thought is to run with aaou008 Hulk for a 500 team of bullies. When he explodes, Hulk gets a lovely 4 Ultra-Heavies to play with! Alternatively, I don't have many robots, but wf055 Metallo would make a lovely partner, plus maybe even a tmnt013 Baxter Stockman for 400 or a tmnt3003 Donatello + tmnt018 Metalhead for 500.

So, with the proposed new rules for 2017, what will become of those Ultra-Heavy objects? Will they be ruled as normal Heavy Objects?

My understanding is that Ultra-Heavies just won't be legal in Modern. Golden, do what you like.
