That Quantum on the wall back there makes me realize Scott would actually make a pretty great Woody.

The more I see of them the less I mind getting a set of 50-point Avengers to go along with the 50-point X-Men we have. Digging most of the sculpts so far.

Well, if you like shifting focus, this is the best set ever. Personally, I'm not looking forward to about half of the set only being a handful of different characters.

Shifting Focus Vision has a sick sculpt and a dial to match

much as I'm a bit concerned with the amount of different Shifting Focus characters in the set I'm happy Vision got the treatment it's perfect for him.

Glad to see Zaran got made as well, Batroc has a new friend.

They had better not f*ck up Vision's Shifting Focus.

I've decided I don't like Shifting Focus as a mechanic.

It undoes the artistry of telling a story with the dial (which was an art lost a long time ago, but still).

It also undermines the new design philosophy, in my opinion. Taken alone, these are each overcosted "specialist" dials, but they're not designed to be taken alone. They are in fact a single, tremendously complicated dial, but collapsed in this weird point-shaving way because they have all the powers but they're all either-or instead of at once.

Which, really, ISN'T reason to not like the mechanic, but I still don't​. Maybe because its another mechanic stolen from Horrorclix but not implemented as well.
