Question about primes

Was wondering if i have Jakeem prime on my team could i have peggy carter sidelined for use with SFOS Chameleon ? Also if i have copycat on my team and by some chance the guy im playing against is using a prime on his team could i take said prime as a swap for copycats ability ?

Yes.

From the WIN rules section:

Quote

PRIME GAME ELEMENT
[C]Prime game elements have a green ring on their base.

[C]When building a starting force and Sideline, you may only include one Prime game element on it.

[C]Once the game has begun, some game effects may make it possible to have more than one friendly Prime game element on your force.

[C]Bystander tokens with a green ring printed on their base are not Prime game elements.

The second line above covers your first question and the third covers your second question.
