CLEARING ACTION TOKENS
At the end of your turn, after you have finished
taking and resolving all of your actions (including
free actions that occur “at the end of your turn”)
and declared your turn to be over, remove all action
tokens from each of the characters on your force
that did not receive an action token this turn. This
is called “clearing” your action tokens
#005 Thor
Founding Member: When Thor is given a non-free move action he isn't given an action token for that action.
So does this mean what i think it means?
Turn 1 - Running Shot
Turn 2 - Move and clear
Turn 3 - Running shot,
Turn 4 - Move and clear
etc
Thats crazy. It explains why he didn't get indom though, that would be nuts.
Must find way to give him Willpower.
Don't get too ahead of yourself.

TYPES OF ACTIONS
There are five types of actions that you can give to a character:
• Free action
• Power action
• Move action
• Close combat action
• Ranged combat action
Each of these action types can be given to a character to activate a specific game effect. A character with two action tokens can’t be given any non-free actions.

Oh your right. With two tokens on him you can't give him the move action. So assuming you use something like Asgardian ATA to give him willpower you really have to decide if you want to move/attack/move/attack or just attack/attack/rest
