I could see this being pretty bonkers with stuff like kraven or astral dr. strange and some hammer action.

So let's say a character is at full health and it hits brucy here, it's no skin off my back to let him heal because he is top dial, or does it actually have to heal the character in order to work?

The opposing character has to be damaged. No worries, I had to re-read it too, cuz it just seemed too good to be true. And it is :P
