The map in question, from the What If? set, has bushes marked as blocking and identical-looking bushes marked as hindering. It also has ladders that are missing the <1> and <2> icons for elevation changes.
Has WizKids said anything yet about this map needing errata, or are they just going to give their usual "Run it as printed" line?

At Origins they've ruled to play the bushes as printed on the map. The stairs have been ruled to have the <1> and <2> elevation changes though.

I figured as much. That was their reply with the misprinted Star-Lord's Ship map (it has a wall that looks identical to another wall, but only one is marked on the map as a wall). Well, we can all imagine those are those super hard, thorny bushes that no one ever wants to run into while playing on the grass at church.
