This guy and wiz kid��. A secondary attacker doing 11/5 for pen/psy running shot.

Never gave this figure much thought, as I've never heard of him before this set. But man, 75 pt 2-power pick-a-power?!!? Are you kidding me? My monster teams need this guy!

Figures like Goblin King were brutally castrated by WizKids’ negligent and pathologically charged erratas. The lack of an ability for GK to heal past his lowest starting line using pick-a-power Regeneration makes his dial sorely unimpressive and not worth playing. Without being able to heal past his starting line, our friend is condemned to sitting in a protected box, alone forever.

what storyline is he from? Any connection to Dark Avengers or just a poor selection of kw?

Like the set name implies, he's from an issue of What If...? I'm not certain about the keyword accuracy, I mean, Norman was the founder and leader of the Dark Avengers, but that's all I've got to go on.

The Dark Avengers were in that issue.
