Based on this, I say you clear but I expect Wizkids would not respond to me if I asked
I like this trait! It seems useful without being overpowered. I'm not sure this Iron Man stacks up terribly well against other 100-pointers in the set, but I guess play will tell the story.
I think I'd rather he had Willpower.... Good positioning is important early-game, but if you're worried about positioning without a token later-on, I feel something might have gone terribly wrong. I suppose it's still somewhat useful if you do decide to push for an attack and need to move up in pursuit or retreat for support the following turn.
Still. I'm a little tired of Thor being in 3 Marvel sets in a row (including the upcoming Ragnarok set).... I was lucky enough to pull, in last night's sealed event, the Common, Uncommon and Rare Thor, in addition to Thordis between my two boosters. :P

It's Daredevil and Punisher for me. Though I am a huge fan of TV's Daredevil and Daredevil AOS, the "regular" Punisher and Daredevil are such overkill in this set.
Of course willpower would be better, though let me tell you that Iron Man's variable repulsors is amazing from playing it. Haven't had an opportunity to play the Thor yet.

The 'rig Avengers were often outmatched and did a fair amount of regrouping. This trait lets you try to breakaway if necessary with little downside. Even if you fail, if you survive the next turn you have the option to try to run away again, or to take a Hail Mary shot if circumstances have changed. Classic Marvel rollercoaster plotting.

I had to play against that piece yesterday, though I don't feel that they utilized it all that well. It's definitely got some good potential, especially at top dial, stacking that RCE with his trait, choosing RCE +2 to damage and +1 attack from his trait.
I'm actually pretty stoked for this set's Daredevil, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., for his trait:
He works out so well for my 300-point Modern 'Spy' theme team~
Nick Fury w/ Brainiac (against top point character: 12 ATK, 6 DMG (from Brainiac, H.E.N.R.Y. and activated S.H.I.E.L.D. T.A. on Daredevil)
Mystique w/ Pym Particles for
Chameleon w/ Disguises:
Fenris (for secondary attacker)
Iron Heart (for Prob/Perplex/Outwit)
Daredevil, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. (for secondary attacker and that sweeet trait)
H.E.N.R.Y.
Pym Pocket Tank

I like this trait—it's the deciding factor, for me, in keeping this Thor and Iron man around at all. Put Iron Punisher and The Captain on your sideline, position OG Thor and Iron man for free, then swap in when ready to some decent attackers with Indom for two consecutive turns of pain.
So I assume this same ruling would hold true in regards to John Jones (Justice Rider)'s "Always Get My Man" trait.
If he takes a non-free action while adjacent to his chosen character and already has one action token, at the end of the turn, even though he took a non-free action this turn, he would still clear the one token?
