I think this piece is a little non-canonical—the effect seems to imply that it turns its holder into a frog, whereas the Throg it comes with was already a magical talking frog before he picked up a sliver of Mjolnir and got Thor powers. Oh, comics.

@Bobcat2022 It isn’t that the hammer turns someone small it’s the change in the rules that only a normal sized character can hold a weapon so this makes throg more accurate and allows him to use the weapon

Ah, but you see this little hammer can make regular sized characters tiny- think of what one can do with just this? How many people in the game who are Tiny can fly? So, you can use this item to make someone tiny and let be able to be carried by another Tiny character... the possibilities and combinations that can be achieved are awesome.

If you take this concept to it's final conclusion you will find some truly brutal combinations; but as for those combinations I leave that up to you to find them. :)
