Those are some real low attack values for a 65-point piece in 2017. I guess Perplex and the special Defense are costing him?

He's overcosted, but you can kind of justify it. Like you said, the defense power gives him what he needs for either side. A bigger figure's probably going to hit, anyway. Also 10 speed with RS and pilot leader.
