The setup is rough and situational, especially in a set (and Clixverse) riddled with CCR as a defense power, but just having the ability to Flurry/Blades from near death to nearly top dial with MC/PC while ALSO dropping a big-scary-bystander? Yep. Gonna make it happen.
Arguendo of the Beige Lanterns (Pedantry Corps)
Feb 2015: JL Trinity War has have given us the CSA, playable and together. Twice. ROCK ON!
REClixed: Justice for Dmitri Pushkin (your sacrifice will not be forgotten)! New generic Rocket Red @50-75 points while we're at it? Still no 19DV Defender? (WoS Groot doesn't count)
Power Girl AND Bust.
Such a weird piece. Very swingy. Do you want to push to get to MC/PC? The whole point of the dial is to get a ko on click five. Needs some perplex support. Getting that oni and healing to click two is a huge turn of momentum if the game is close though. I'll give him a few shots.
This is definitely one of the top 10 most obscure Heroclix characters. I vaguely remember him from one or two issues of the Archie series. Weird that they chose to make him before Ninjara.
I for one am glad we got Dogboy here rather than Ninjara, from a creative standpoint there's just nothing that really stands out about the latter, she's just another of the stock butt-kicking girl characters that you could use any Indy figure as a substitute for. Khan on the other hand definitely brings (or brought, since now Peter the Hunter does it too) something new to the game with his Oni summoning ability. That attack SP also gives him some staying power if you play him right. The one thing that bugs me about him is that he doesn't have the Animal keyword, though. I mean, come on Wizkids, he's literally a dog man. That should have been a no-brainer.
