Mind Control is such a fickle power... not only do you have to land two attacks to benefit from it, but you risk feedback damage, AND you are basically replacing your figure with your opponent's. At 102 points, you'd better be controlling someone worthwhile with Marvel Boy - and for that, good luck with his 9 attack. The extra chance to Incapacitate is a laugh - it should be automatic for what you're paying here. Marvel Boy's 3 damage is "adequate", but we don't pay 102 points for finesse when guys like Volstagg are walking around at that cost. His only consolation is being fairly difficult to shoot on that top click, which can prolong a ranged fight if you can keep other pieces away from him. His back-dial PB is nice, but he's not going to last long enough to do anything big with it since he has forgotten how to defend himself.
And what's up with the sculpt?

Still a strong figure, fielded last night as part of an Agents of Atlas theme team. I agree this heritage piece lacks modern attributes of the Uranian but still this figure is a great representation of the early character from the earliest Marvel books. And his power set stood up pretty well in a Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. game. Even when resources are scarce I don't mind paying for an important piece of legacy.
