So a trait allowing you to play him cheaper in points at risk of him KOing himself over time. Interesting. I may try to figure out a character to try that on myself. Not a bad dial and not a bad way to incorporate a discount. I also think it's different enough from Zarg's to not be a rip-off, since his was any non-free action removed a Chrono Token and yours has a "chance" to remove one every time it's his turn.

Thanks for the feedback. I really loved Zarg's take on him, but I didn't like that he was definitively limited in costed actions. My attempt to balance the trait somewhat gives you on average 18 turns before KO. That should last you a good part of the game, but it certainly could cost you if you play to passively.
Iron Man(Model 37): That's a cool armor, it's certainly cutting edge with all the effects it has. The pick-a-power effect is cool and I like how it's balanced out by the fact that you have to give up picking a power if your want Willpower. This thing would be really fun to use.
Iron Man 2020: I like how you changed up the Chronos token thing, I think it was a neat way of keeping his point cost down, though I think it should make him maybe a little bit cheaper? I just can't see my self choosing to have him possible KO himself to save 25 points, maybe if his stats were brought up a little to make him more worth it. Still, it's a cool design, I love the Ultra Pulse Bolts power and the Ram Punch.
Ultimate Iron Man: I figured this armor would be represented as an armor, but I'm actually kind of glad it wasn't. This is a great design in how it works so well in the set, I love how he has so much he can do to make him a pain for the other characters in the set to deal with. Also, the 10 point starting line is great, allowing you to gain access to all his effects for a super cheap cost. However, can he use the traited Perplex to target himself, it would make sense if he could considering his stats are a little bit reserved.

I'm glad your like the Bleeding edge armor. It was suppose to be the 'greatest' of the armor designs.
I couldn't really decide on how much to discount the dial for the chrono tokens. I decided that since on average, you're probably not going to lose out may turns, so I figured out what percentage of a game you could hope to average, then adjusted the points accordingly.
I was close to making an armor, but I already had 3 Tony stark pilots ideas and didn't want to have to make Ultimate universe Tony. He comes off as sort of a silver bullet for the set. And, yes, he can target himself with the perplex.
Bouncing Ball: Leap/Climb. POWER: Leap/Climb at no cost. After resolutions, make a close attack targeting all character he moved through. Roll a d6 for each hit character. Instead of normal damage, each character is dealt knock back equal to the result.
No Problem I Can't Solve: PROTECTED: Outwit. FREE: Target a character within range and line of fire. Until your next turn, when that character takes an action at no cost, after resolutions deal it 1 unavoidable damage.
Boy Genius: Outwit. Probability Control.

(+25 Points) Doom Is Superior: Doctor Doom is considered the highest point character on your force. // At the beginning of the game, choose two of the following for Doctor Doom to use for the rest of the game: Mind Control, Mastermind, Outwit, Perplex, Probability Control, Leadership, WILDCARD keyphrase, Mystics Team ability, or PROTECTED: Outwit.
None Shall Approach: Running Shot, Force Blast. When Doctor Doom uses Force Blast, after resolutions, MOVE at no cost.
I do like the Doom dial, my only critique is, at "200" point value, it seems only getting two of those options is overcosted in the point values we're seeing in the most recent sets. I do like giving him the choice of them as an alternative to shoving them all into the dial by either special powers or traits like I've tried though, showing how Doom "prepares" for his encounters. I do also like giving him a non-generic keyword that encompasses his minions similar to Mandarin or Modok.
A gripe that's not nearly on you, is I'm not going to cave in and call it "Team Player" team ability, it's still Minions of Doom to me!

Armor: This character has the Armor symbol (see below) instead of .
Customized Buster: At the beginning of the game, choose an opposing character to be the Busted character.
Designed With You In Mind: If the Busted character has a range value greater than 5, Buster Armor can use Running Shot, otherwise it can use Charge.
Specialized Counter-Measures: Invulnerability, Willpower. Impervious, but only when targeted by the Busted character.
Customized Weaponary: FREE: Until your next turn, damage dealt by Buster Armor is penetrating. At the end of your turn, deal Buster Armor 1 unavoidable damage if it didn't make an attack targeting the Busted character this turn. // CLOSE/RANGE: Attack and damage +1. Make an attack targeting the Busted character.
Iron Widow: I remember when the original version of this gal was the best stealth-busting ranged attacker around, this character takes that design and improves upon it by being even cheaper, and with updated stats(though I still think the old one is fairly playable mind you. The only problem is, I think this armor was barely even in the comic.
Mr Fantastic(Ultimates): Wow, I seriously love this design. Personally, I think this is your best design for Reed to date. I love the meta-design of making him punish characters when they take actions at no cost, the perfect counter to characters like Odin the Destroyer. I appreciate though that most of his best effects are not front loaded, it keeps them from being too powerful.
Mr Fantastic: Another great application of Shifting Focus, I like how you gave him access to the big three support powers, but divided them up between different dials. The elastic version could be a super annoying tie up piece, with his high defense, the trait, and the PC on top of that.
Dr Doom: This dial is truly worthy of belonging to Dr Doom, the stats are great and the trait is a perfect way of allowing Doom to customize himself depending on the threat. My only gripe is I think the 12 attack should have been top loaded, just to make using him at full power more inviting.
Buster Armor: I like how you just went and combined the buster armors into one, though it would make a problem in what would the sculpt be? Anyway, I like the customized buster design, however I feel like the FREE action to deal penetrating damage shouldn't deal the armor any damage if he attacks the busted characters that turn.

It will always be Minions of Doom to me too
Thanks for all the support and feedback. It's hard for me to balance designs with the current stat-of-the-art WK designs. I mostly just try to balance the dials internally within the set and hope it meets with your gut tells you it should cost.

Thanks for the feedback. I like both of your suggestions. I think moving the 12 attack to doom's top click is a must. I'm a little hesitant to make the change on Buster, but what the hell - it's a great idea.
The buster armor was hard for me to balance. I didn't want the armor to be better than the regular old IM suits overall (otherwise, why wouldn't he just always wear that suit?), but something special against a particular character. Hopefully, I've accomplished that.
