So, I know prob isnt a free action but does it cost an action token?

Also, if I already had an action token and I use prob does that qualify for pushing? I get that you can use it on your turn and other players turns and it's only for attack rolls and break aways but I don't get the action part of it i guess. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the game. Probability control is not an action so it does not require an action token, thus does not push any character or use actions from your allotted total.

There is "Theme team Probability control". it works almost the same way, except that you must give a character an action token when you use it. when using TTPC;

-Character must have the Theme team keyword
-Character must have 0 or 1 actin token
-cannot target themselves

Again. this is different than regular Probability Control, the Blue Damage power, but I thought I'd add it in case it was part of the confusion.
