Pretty simple question but I think the answer is no and how I ruled it at the time.

Regular sized characters can not draw LOF past/thru/over a tiny character in hinder terrain that has stealth to target another regualrd sized character behind it correct?

It was argued because the figure is tiny it doesnt affect the LOF and the figure is ignored and LOF can be drawn past it.

From the PAC, in the "Size" section-
Having Stealth is irrelevant.

Poop. Well there it is. I looked in the rule book and there was zero mention of it and we all spaced looking at the PAC for some reason.

Wouldnt have made a difference but still
