I'm legitimately surprised she isn't a Super Rare. I guess with Head Master Wolverine and Old Man Logan, she didn't need to be.

She's a lot of fun, though. I'm sure we'll see a lot of her.

she's a little squishy for her cost and the damage output isn't as high as the UXM laura, but the jonathan pog makes up for a bit of that along with the perplex.

curious to see how her healing factor would actually work in game, feels like it could work nicely or could completely screw you over. thankfully he has real regen in there.

Win/Loss: 1-2 Laura is too expensive for such a short dial and low defense. Getting the healing power off is sketchy as most opponents are willing to use the two attacks needed to KO her. The honey-badger pog helps make her offensive potential high, the reliance on a die-roll for damage is your standard feast or famine. I think she needs added help to be worth her points. She feels like a great 75 point dial.

I love the costume and the pog generation, but I’m not wowed by the dial and powers. Compared to the rare X-23 in UXM, this Laura is harder to hit up close, sure. But no reducer and a less consistent healing factor makes her squishy. The high attack values end dial are nice if you want to make a last stand rather than Regen, but with a 16 defense she isn’t lasting long once she’s on those clicks.

What, no Reign of the Wolverines keyword?

A worthy successor to WXM001 Wolverine. Jonathan generation is nice, but so is the ability to call in any of the ID'd X-Students, and XXS X-Faculty Headmasters @50 points. I like that ANW can be shoehorned into dozens of themed teams and always has a minimum 33% chance of healing every turn.

The healing factor of hers is gimmicky and in my opinion doesn't accurately represent her ability.
Her healing should be better then Logan's.
This one is not. The uxm Laura's wasn't better either but it was at least on par.
It figures we'd finally get a all new wolverine that isn't all that good.

I feel like i didn't accurately look at this figure.
Paired with some other figures from this set she maybe harder to ko then i previously thought.
Also if paired with tk pieces she can be taken away to heal back up.
X factor angel can heal her nicely as well.

I really like this figure. I see alot of posts about her regen being bad but, I haven't had this piece ko'ed yet and i almost always get the healing off every other turn ( which is one more then the once every 2 turns from the uxm version). Maybe I've just been lucky with this all new wolverine but I don't think so. The uxm x 23 I took out of my box only days after the set dropped because of how badly it performed (getting ko'ed very quickly). The reason I think this Laura is better is simply the jonathan token she puts out that isn't koed the first time that keeps her out of harms way. A great tie up piece that can deal potential 6, not to mention the possible 18 d (from perplex 20 d with cr or 12 atk if needed) compared to her counterpart in uxm only having a 17 flat defense and a 11 atk. a pretty fair healing factor as well ( just my opinion ). This is my most played piece from this set and is slowly becomming my favorite piece from this set. Shes alot of fun

She works great if you repaint her and play off the old dial with the Charge/Flurry combo!!!

I dig this Wolverine, but boo to the fact that her keyword trait doesn't let her (theme) team up with Squirrel Girl, who was literally one of her unexpected team-ups.

Or there are a fair number of pieces with both Avengers and X-Men or something like that. The trait is so versatile. I can't wait to play her with Spider-Gwen

Both of the top-two players in the WKO sealed event I ran last weekend were running this piece. Coincidence? Maybe. But after that, and I'm looking at her Team-Up trait, I'm hoping to pull one myself.
