Stranger (at 100) + Orange Battery = You always have the ability to nullify a vital power from the enemy team. ..
"Once Per turn modify a friendly characters range +3 when it uses outwit, perplex or probablity control.When stranger is KO this effect continues untill the end of game." (The wording is a little strange.. does this effect only affect the 1st use of said power per round.. or all 3 every use until next turn? Do they get +3 to all Range effects.. or only for these 3 power uses?)

IMO, we have not seen all the dials of the colossals and vehicles so it may be hard to make that decision now. My fear is that team building is more variable with this set because you most likely will play with one booster.. Plus, will we see an imbalance in dial design (namely colossals) that could provide an unfair advantage.
I would ask my venue to have a $30 event with 2 boosters. Provide a little incentive and this allows for a bit more team building.
