1) Can Sinestro do 2 TK's in a single turn using his multi-attack?
2) Can Sinestro use RCE twice using his multi-attack? If so I'm assuming the damage would be reduced by one?
3) Can Sinestro be outwitted?
4) Can Sinetro use two barriers with his multi-attack?
