I love these guys. Run in, charge, roll for blades. He's cheap, won't last long, but he's a great piece to base somebody with. I have been lucky and rolled 5's and 6's every time I've ever used his blades, so I may be biased, but he's a joy. Use some A.I.M. Agents with him and perplex up his stats to keep him a bit safer and then when he finally goes down-BOOM! Watch out for his explosion, since it'll hit you too, but also remember that the explosions can set off more, so they may stack and blow everything up! Best run with some ranged support.

A nice little piece of chaos and a gamma bomb on wheels. The opponent can't be allowed to get a line of fire for a ranged attack until this guy bases them. It can backfire otherwise and he explodes too close to his own team. Though, that can help some AIMarines get to their AE clicks sooner.

built a team of these guys with Killian for the boost to the explosion.. Thinking "I'll run them up push them until they explode and destroy the other team."

What actually happened was
start to run them up
get hit with doubles knocked back into a wall and onto the explosion click
beginning of the next turn explode my entire team. but not just that. I also damaged another one into exploding.

Needless to say the match was just forfeited.

Wow...just wow. These guys are ridiculous for the points. I just used them and obliterated a New "Authority" team from the new flash set and stood up to a GOTG team. One Brute decimated the new Latverian map. I had to borrow rubble tokens from 3 players! These guys were not play tested because the amount of high end destruction they can cause is borderline broken. Love using them with Salvin and Brandt! They get combat reflexes from their trait plus 1 more to their defense from brandt. They also get energy shield deflection plus 1 more to their defense...Their hard to kill and you regret it when you do kill them.

Playing them with Aldrich Killian is even more over the top ridiculous.

Within 7 squares is pretty much half the damn map.

I like the way these guys play... they are all about getting in and doing the damage. They make opponents think hard about how to get them KOed before going 'splodey. I found Aldrich Killian to help extend the range of teh Explosion, but honestly it is not that hard for opponents to focus fire on them so I would recommend instead having UXM 057p Proteus possessing a swarm of them instead for the stats boost, and consider keeping a higher-point figure like AoU 027 TESS-One within line-of-fire to boost their defenses against ranged attacks. Giving up 60-points each time one goes out is a tough strategy to work with in the 2018 era, but a fun one!

This looks like it could be surprisingly effective in a Bizarro event (dials start at the end and click backwards). If you can get a healer, heal this guy up and send him out into the wild. It'll be like a Serious Sam headless screamer.
