Force Blast grants KNOCKBACK. When a character uses the KNOCKBACK in Force Blast, does it count as using Force Blast for Captain America, Principled's effect?

WK: No. If a standard power has an activated action type or triggered effect associated with it, and it also grants other effects or abilities, the standard power is only considered "used" when the action portion of the power is activated or the specified effect is triggered.
