UNCONTROLLED CHANGES: When Wolfsbane would take damage, roll a d6 instead. On a result of 1-2, deal damage normally. On a result of 3-4, turn her to click #3. On a result of 5, turn her to click #7. On a result of 6, turn her to click #9. If the damage is pushing damage, add 2 to the result (maximum 6). This ability can't be ignored.


Unavoidable damage is a type of damage dealt that can’t be reduced or prevented from being dealt or taken by any effect. (Rulebook, page 16)

QUESTION:

If Wolfsbane is dealt Unavoidable Damage, would she be allowed to roll out of it with Uncontrolled Changes?

WK: No. Unavoidable damage cannot be avoided. She would take the damage and not roll for her effect (since she must take the damage "instead" of doing something else).
