Bummer. Boom Boom got hit REALLY hard with the new rules. No EE and Pen/Psy combo, but we already knew that was coming. The big nerf is the whole action token timing thing, she won't be able to get that +1 to attack and damage. I will still play her simply because I love x-men/ x-force teams, but dang, she kinda seems like dead weight.
Edit: The change back to action tokens being given at the end of actions kinda saved this piece. She is not as effective as before, but she can still carry her weight. She has the potential to dish out a lot of damage; however, the trade off is that she is squishy. I can live with that.

Her damage value can be 20 and it wouldn't matter. EE deals 2 instead of normal damage. You can still totally use her P/PB for 3 penetrating damage on a single target, or split that among 2.

WIN/LOSS: 0-1 Tabitha is decent for the points. I know there are lots of wailing and gnashing of teeth due to EE going back to the way it's been for most of the games existence - but just judging her on her own merits, as is, she is worth her cost. The well rested bonus is a neat option and can really hurt. Crowd-control option is solid and she can afford to rest thanks to a good defense at range. She fills a needed role on X-Factor themed teams - cheap penetrating damage. I only wish she had more fun flavor like her GSX version does.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
