Used the Buggy to great effect at my Sealed tournament by using the 'Origins' traits to have my characters offset the -1 attack.
The Buggy also made my figures a pain to deal with with the Buggy's hindering, the +1 defense when adjacent, and the 'Origins' traits +1 defense.
And when conked out, it serves as blocking terrain for movement, slowing down several of my opponents' figures.
Just wanted to add the info for the terrain dial:
SPECIAL TERRAIN TRAITS
(1) Dune Buggy counts as hindering terrain for line of fire purposes and blocking terrain for movement and occupancy purposes.
(2) Characters in adjacent squares modify their defenses value by an additional +1 when targeted by range attacks if the line of fire drawn to them crosses a square of Dune Buggy.
(3) When a nonadjacent character misses on a line of fire that crosses Dune Buggy, after actions resolve turn the Terrain dial one click.
(4)When the Special Terrain is KO'd, generate a standard heavy object in each square it occupied.
DUDE..... THE HORN IS STILL STUCK: All other characters within 4 squares modify attack -1.
